Developing a diverse leadership team is paramount to success in the current business environment. It has been demonstrated that fostering a diverse workforce and leadership team leads to more successful business.
Welcome to learn more about this very current topic. Keynote speaker Carol Hibbard is a leader from the Boeing Company participating in an Eisenhower Fellowship that will bring her to Finland later this year. She will have the opportunity to share her experiences as a woman leader in the aerospace industry and what the aerospace industry in the US continues to do to grow a diverse team. In addition, she will provide her insights on her Eisenhower Fellowship where she is studying Women in Leadership across the Nordic Region.
